Al Malek Design makes Islamic calligraphy wall art and tabletop pieces in our workshop in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This page explains how delivery and returns work.
Delivery within the UAE
Delivery is free anywhere in the UAE – Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah. We confirm the delivery time with you when you order; made-to-order and custom pieces take a little longer.
International shipping
We ship all over the world. International shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination and the size of the piece. Message us on WhatsApp with your country and the product, and we will send you a quote before you pay.
Damaged on arrival – full refund
Every piece is packed carefully. If your order arrives damaged, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive it, with photos of the piece and the packaging. After we confirm the damage, we will refund your money (or send a replacement if you prefer).
Custom and made-to-order pieces
Custom sizes, colours, names, logos and new designs are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. They are still covered if they arrive damaged. For custom orders we share the design with you for approval before cutting.
